Special Recognition + Sharing Symposium

On the morning of April 28th, the 2024 "May 1st" and "May 4th" Recognition Ceremony was successfully held in the 401 conference room of the group company. Over 30 participants attended, including Wang Zhihong, General Manager of Fulin Group, Nie Dan, Chief Accountant and Director of the Women's Work Committee, Huang Shu, Chairman of the Group's Labor Union, chairpersons of labor unions of subordinate enterprises, and the recipients of the "2024 Most Beautiful Fulin Workers" and "2024 May 4th Youth Role Models" awards.

At the meeting, Mr. Wang Zhihong, General Manager of Fulin Group, delivered a speech. In his speech, Mr. Wang congratulated the advanced employees and sincerely thanked everyone for their hard work. As Fulin Group started with industry, most of its industries are traditional. To excel in traditional enterprises requires every employee to work harder and put in more effort and sweat. As the 30th anniversary of Fulin Group approaches, Mr. Wang hopes that every advanced employee can play the role of a role model, set an example, influence, inspire, and motivate a group of people. They should not only achieve success in their careers but also enable the team and the company to continue to shine and thrive.

After the advanced recognition, Huang Changhai, Production Deputy Manager of Fulin Precision Hydraulic Division, a "Most Beautiful Fulin Worker" from 2023, and Cai Nan and Wang Lan, advanced representatives in 2024, shared their thoughts. They communicated their gains and experiences in the growth process, combining the current situation of the industry, the situation of the enterprise, and job responsibilities.

Industry Study Visits
To better understand the development of Fulin Group's industries, on the afternoon of the 28th, the recipients of the "2024 Most Beautiful Fulin Workers" and "2024 May 4th Youth Role Models" awards visited Fulin Precision, Fulin Taohuadao Hotel, and the Fulin Jiangshan Tianchen project department, gaining a deeper understanding of the actual operation of the enterprise.

At this recognition ceremony, books titled "Growing Upwards" were also prepared for the advanced employees.
