On the afternoon of April 26, Fulin Group organized a special lecture on the integrity risks of key positions in 2024. The lecture was conducted in a combined online and offline format, with the main venue at the headquarters and branch venues at affiliated enterprises. It covered over 300 participants from various key positions in the group company and its affiliated enterprises, including bidding, procurement, sales, finance, capital, research and development, technology, and cost management.

For this special lecture on integrity risks, Director Wang Hui from Sichuan Yingtexin Law Firm was invited to deliver a special lecture on the integrity risks of private enterprises in the context of the Criminal Law Amendment. Director Wang Hui focused on analyzing the key points of the latest Criminal Law Amendments XI and XII, providing detailed explanations on the crime subjects, behavioral manifestations, and sentencing standards for common types of crimes such as bribery of non-state employees, duty encroachment, misappropriation of funds, illegal operation of similar businesses, and illegal profit-making for relatives and friends. Through numerous real-life cases, she conducted a vivid and thought-provoking integrity education.

At the end of the lecture, Director Wang Hui used her over 20 years of professional experience, personal experiences in criminal cases, and confessions from criminal offenders to warn and educate all key personnel in attendance. She emphasized the importance of upholding legal boundaries, constantly maintaining integrity, firmly establishing a sense of law and integrity in one's profession, effectively preventing integrity risks in the company, and protecting our company, which is essentially protecting ourselves.
